Electromagnetic induction bearing heater uses electromagnetic induction principle to convert 50HZ AC to DC, then inverts to 20KHZ high-frequency AC through control circuit. High-frequency current generates magnetic field through the coil, rapidly heating metal workpieces to thermal expansion temperature for easy disassembly.

Widely used in motor maintenance, metallurgy, power, mining industries for hot disassembly of large and medium bearings, couplings, gears, pulleys, bushings and other metal workpieces. Portable hand-held design, easy operation, one-button start.
